A week or so ago I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza along with some other stuff. When the pizza arrived it was missing the buffalo sauce. So I called to ask for some buffalo sauce to be delivered. The employee that answered the phone was energetic and kind. He apologized and stated that as soon as the delivery guy got back they would send him right back out with the sauce. He offered me a free pizza on my next phone order as well which was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. He went above and beyond. So I waited for my sauce. When the delivery driver arrived he had the sauce and a free brownie. So two unexpected "gifts" for one very simple mistake. Thank you Papa John's. I am about to call for my free pizza!August 06, 2016
